These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and ProResumes, ProCVs, and their subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

We operate globally under MuzTech (SMC-Private) Limited and MuzTech Consulting - FZCO, with registered offices in Pakistan and Dubai (UAE). These Terms apply to all users across the world and are legally enforceable under the governing laws described below.

Introduction

Dear Users, please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before using our services. The use of ProResumes.io and ProCVs.io (collectively, the "Websites") is restricted to individuals of legal age, and any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

By placing an order on either website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Submitting a request and/or payment indicates that you are legally bound to comply with them.

Interpretation of Our Terms

• "Websites" mean ProResumes.io and ProCVs.io, collectively or individually.
• "Client", "You", or "Yours" refer to any individual or entity submitting an application for a free resume review, placing an order, uploading information, or making payments on either Website.
• "Company", "We", or "Our" refer to ProResumes.io and ProCVs.io, both operated under MuzTech (SMC-Private) Limited and MuzTech Consulting - FZCO, together known as the MuzTech Group.

"Messaging Systems" are communication platforms used for uninterrupted correspondence between Clients, Writers, and Support Team Representatives.

"Order" refers to the request for professional resume, CV, or LinkedIn services submitted to our Company, containing specific requirements and client information.

"Order Status" shows the progress of the project and its stage toward completion.

Our Services

ProResumes and ProCVs provide career document and personal branding services worldwide, including:

• Resume and CV writing or editing
• Cover letter and thank-you letter creation
• LinkedIn profile optimization and content design
• Interview preparation and career coaching

All services are designed to meet global industry standards, including Applicant Tracking System (ATS) compatibility, tailored keyword optimization, and alignment with the client's target job market and location.

A Resume Writing Service is considered delivered when the full, agreed-upon order has been completed as per client specifications.

Confidentiality

We value your privacy and treat all information shared by you as strictly confidential. We will never disclose or sell your personal, professional, or payment information to any third party without your consent, except as required by applicable law.

Support Team

Our Support Team operates 24/7 across multiple time zones to assist our global clients. You can reach us via email, live chat, or our in-platform messaging systems for questions, feedback, or order support at any time.

Resume Writers

A Resume Writer or Career Strategist is a professional engaged by the Company, either as an employee or independent contractor, to provide writing and consulting services according to our quality guidelines.

Clients must share relevant career and educational information but must not disclose personal login credentials for LinkedIn, banking, or other accounts.

Product Definition

"Product" means the final deliverable (resume, CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, or other career document) provided digitally upon order completion.

"Product Types" include, but are not limited to:

• Resume writing and editing
• CV writing and editing
• Cover letter writing and editing
• LinkedIn optimization
• Follow-up and thank-you letters
• Bundled service packages (e.g., Resume + Cover Letter + LinkedIn)

Product Delivery Time

We typically deliver the first draft within 3-5 business days after receiving all necessary information. For urgent requests, we offer rush services:

• Same-Day Delivery
• 24-Hour Delivery
• 48-Hour Delivery

Additional charges apply for expedited timelines.

Product Revision Policy

Clients may request revisions within 7 days after receiving the first draft. After this window, additional edits may require an extra fee.

If our team delays delivery, the revision period will be automatically extended at no cost.

If you do not respond to drafts or communications:

• We will send a reminder within 48 hours.
• A second reminder will follow after another 48 hours.
• If no response is received within 7 days of delivery and two reminders, the order will be closed and included revisions will expire.

Refund Policy

Once the writing process has started, ProResumes and ProCVs do not issue refunds. If dissatisfied with your documents, we offer:

• Complimentary revisions, or
• Service credit toward future projects.

Disclaimer

Neither ProResumes nor ProCVs guarantees job placement or employment. Our services are intended to improve your professional presentation, increase visibility, and enhance interview potential, but the final hiring decision lies with employers.

Copyright

All final documents are the intellectual property of ProResumes and ProCVs, protected under international copyright law. Clients may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and other applicable international data and trade laws.

For global users, disputes may be resolved in the competent courts of Pakistan, Dubai, or any other mutually agreed jurisdiction depending on where the service originated.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, provided that a writer has not yet been assigned. Once work has commenced or a draft has been delivered, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team for review.

Changes to These Terms

We may periodically update these Terms or add supplemental conditions. All modifications will be effective immediately upon posting, with the updated "Last Updated" date displayed at the top.

By continuing to use ProResumes.io or ProCVs.io after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

These Terms contain a Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Clause, including a Class Action Waiver, which affects your rights regarding any disputes with the Company.

By using our platforms, you agree that disputes shall be resolved through individual arbitration and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.
